My counselling style is integrative, which means I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic theories. This allows me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs, using the techniques that best suit you. My goal is to provide a non-judgemental, compassionate space where your can gain a deeper understanding of your challenges and find ways to manage them effectively.
I offer therapy in English and in Albanian, so you can express yourself in a language you feel most comfortable with.
